5.Solve Problems related to quality and provide training to operators

7.Implement improvements in productions Like Kaizen etc.
8.New product development – Fixture and tools development for new product series
9.Check material shortages and release MO for production
10.Follow-up with Purchase for raw material shortages and communication with internal customer for deliveries
11.Safety risk observation closing and provide training for safe working activities
12.Active participation in problem solving and monitoring manpower utilization as per capacity
13.Provide regular feedback about each operator performance by quarterly
14.Monitor efficiency machine wise and operator wise, update plan vs actual production quantities
15.Review and improve resource utilization
16.Plan for Monthly /Weekly machining load
17. Solve manpower issues at shopfloor
18. Maintain daily shop floor meeting culture
19.Technical support to operators for new Job like Drawing,Fixtures,programme
