Responsibilities for Recruiter: Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipelineScreen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screeningsTake ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirementsPerform reference checks as needFacilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment termsManage onboarding and new hire processStay abreast of recruiting trends and best practicesManage the overall interview, selection, and closing processEnsure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulationsQualifications for Recruiter: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT or related fieldMin. 2 years of recruiting experience preferredAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingDemonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trustExcellent organizational and time management skillsComfortable making decisions independentlyWorking knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systemsAbility to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methodsFamiliar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 6473828293
