Achieve sales figures and work under pressure.
Planning, organizational and marketing skills.
Candidates must be willing to travel across the Country.
Ability to self-motivate, self-initiate and goal oriented.
Multi-task and work independently or within a team.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Would be responsible to:
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Generate leads through cold calls, mailers & other means.
Initiate and maintain regular customer contact and maximize the sales.
Proactively develop new business opportunities.
Demonstration of the software at client place.
Achieve and exceed all sales targets on a consistent basis.
Develop strong and professional customer relationships.
Build and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
Finalization & closing the Sale.
Representing the organization at seminars, events.
Following up with prospects.
Maintaining lead database.
Meeting monthly targets.
Promptly and adequately reporting to the management.
