Job purpose:
Establish the Portfolio of Natural Plant Protection India Limited globally with Regions or with the Portfolio Category team needing a startup mindset, multitasking & multifunctional approach. Work closely with Principal Scientist and R&D team at the NPP Platform. Establish, maintain and monitor systems and processes of NPP Limited to ensure smooth operations and adequate control. Drive and Monitor the performance of the portfolio of products from the platform.
JOb Responsibilities:
Partner the development of the annual long-range plan for NPP, in conjunction with global and regions and have a strategic road map for NPP India to achieve USD 150 Mio revenue in 3 years
Build and Monitor Annual Operating Budget for NPP India R&D platform
Support India regional business of NPP India products including B2B opportunities
Collaborate with Global NPP stakeholders to map global pain points in Biocontrol, Bio stimulant and Innovative Nutrition.
Setting up NPP R&D to research on these global pain points and monitor the product development against the phases and targets defined
Partner and engage in the launch of new products from NPP in major markets
Engage in products/projects between regions and NPP
Execute initiatives to drive growth for Natural Plant Protection India Limited
Provide techno-commercial input to develop portfolio of NPP
Project Management support to NPP R&D on project management to support development of registrable product with Pilot scale production
Coordinate with Supply chain team to ensure production and supplies for commercialized product and NPL’s in India and for Exports
Effectively support NPP Marketing Lead and Global Portfolio Managers to drive the portfolio globally
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Requires a Bachelors in Agriculture or MSC
Advanced degree in marketing or MBA Marketing preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development, Product Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, etc. Experience across functional areas of Sales/ Product Marketing/ Strategic Marketing roles will be preferred
Knowledge of the BioSolutions products viz bio fertilizers stimulants, nutrition and crop protection products like fungicides, insecticides preferred
Demonstrated ability to build effective cross-functional relationships specifically with commercial and operations leadership and staff
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Lookups) and PowerPoint
