Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle someone who having experience in hiring the best talent across Sales & Marketing, Supply chain, Packaging, New Product Development, Quality, Operations, Purchase, Legal, Finance, Purchase, HR etc.

Lead and handle entire recruitment process – Requirement gathering, analysis, developing recruitment strategy & plan, deciding the sourcing mix, leveraging different tools including but not limited to vendors/consultants/agencies, job portals (Naukri/Monster/Timesjobs/Shine/IIMJobs etc..), social media hiring(LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc), employee referrals, IJP etc, screening & validating candidate profiles
using a variety of techniques including psychometric testing, scheduling, coordinating & conducting interviews,
salary negotiation/fitment and offer preparation and Continuously improve end to end process efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction thereby increasing the overall speed of operations and adding economic value to the organization
