This role would include creating a pipeline for upcoming hires and conducting a structured interviewing process to screen the candidates. You should also be able to maintain great relationships, solicit and engage with potential talent; consistently reinforcing why Plush is the best brand they can choose to partner with
Responsibilities
Handling all-levels of hiring process – junior/mid/senior levels
Implementing an evolving and robust screening and interview process to assess candidates
Conduct and schedule interviews between candidates and the internal team
Implement a thorough on-boarding process for the candidate
Skills & Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience preferably for a brand
Familiarity with the process of talent retaining
Build a healthy pipeline to nurture and engage with a talent for future conversions
Mindset of an individual contributor
