About the role:
Unacademy is looking for go-getters to build go-to-market and key initiatives for its business to ideate, plan and execute properties that can unlock demand and growth. This role will be at the intersection of business and marketing, requiring key business management skills with the ability to growth-hack for new user acquisition.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Research, Inception & conceptualization of initiatives that lead to growth
Tracking and analyzing performance and developing key insights
Strategise and operationalise end to end product marketing levers like Push Notifications and Emails
Own and drive impact of engagement through GTM activities working with categories/teams across Unacademy by aligning different business goals
Fabricate and advance seamless coordination between teams to maintain the growth temperament of a function that cuts through to scale for business results.
