Input Metrics/Daily Target:
You will be responsible for handling 150+ calls per day, getting a connected Talk Time of 4 hours, and activating 15-20 users on our platform daily.
Counsel students and parents for our platform. Go the extra mile to meet the activation quota on our platform and facilitate future sales.
Requirements:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
0.6 – 2 Years of experience
Proven experience in Inside Sales, Outbound Calling, TeleSales & Client Servicing in the EdTech sector or as an Education Counsellor is an added advantage
Proficient in English and Hindi / Negotiation, Pitching and dealing with clients / Persistent and results-oriented
A multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mindset
Customer focus with the good convincing ability and confident personality
