Primarily responsible to provide financial solutions to meet the requirements of the NRI customers and ensure value added customer service.
Responsible to increase liabilities size of relationship via balances in accounts of existing NRI & New customers and enhancing customer profitability with emphasis on larger Wallet share & Cross Sell.
Reviews the inflows and outflows in the mapped NRI accounts and also proactively tracks NRI visits to India and necessary in-person engagements.
NRI RM is expected to have close contacts with His/her the existing NR base via mail/phone/other massage applications and share regular insights on the fluctuations in interest rates, exchange rates and other products offered by the bank and is responsible to generate new sales leads for NRI customers under the referral program from existing clients, NRI brokers, stock brokers, expats of shipping companies.
Responsible for increasing customer engagement by cross – selling other banking products like Investment Products like Life Insurance, General Insurance and other non-Investment Products like Forex, Remittances etc to new and existing customers.
Assists branches with basis support to Branches/BO/RSM on remittance facilities to resident Indian customers of the branch along with the NR customers in coordination with the central product teams considering their expertise.
