Any Graduate with good analytical and sales skills to be considered; Preferred experience of 4 years in banking, sales or collection
Knowledge of local language and area with good communication skills – local hire
Actively drive acquisition of customers for unsecured loans (GL and unsecured IL) and liabilities portfolio
Enable conversion of existing borrowing customers for liabilities.
Responsible for business development of a branch by acquiring new customers and retaining the old ones.
Selling financial products, servicing & collecting repayments from around 4000-8000 customers, predominantly poor women.
Managing the branch & field operations of the branch which requires strong process management as per field operations manual.
Managing people and infrastructure
Conduct area surveys for potential business expansion.
Undertake initiatives to retain and deepen relationship with existing customer for unsecured loans and for liabilities
Maintains process quality & ensures adherence to internal audit standards
Assess the market potential and give feedback on product modification and new product development to the regional product teams. Ensure customers and Customer Relationship Officer (CROs) are educated about the unsecured loans and liabilities products offered by Ujjivan.
