This is what you will do at UiPath
Act as advisory and solution design lead for Intelligent Automation Programs for our Generic Market Segment.
Drive with exponential growth mindset large automation/digital transformation programs for “A” class Large enterprises in the segment.
Differentiate UiPath End to End Automaton Platform by Solution Designing / Architecting compelling enterprise level ROI to win Large deals.
Collaborate with UiPath sales, product and customer success teams for value-based selling and help build re-useable, repeatable assets and artefacts that can be used across automation programs from selling and delivery perspective
Lead thought leadership through whitepapers, points of views, proof of concepts, demos and industry best practices
Explore new technical and business tools, especially UiPath’s technology partners as part of solution design for our Clients in the Segment.
This is what you will bring to the team
M.B.A. or equivalent advanced degree
15-20 years of relevant work experience with exposure to advisory or consulting or internal transformation roles
Ability to travel 3-4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations.
Possess outstanding communication skills, impeccable ability to collaborate and Problem-solving mindset.
Operational, automation consulting (big 4 or equivalent preferred) leadership experience
Proven track record of delivering outstanding business outcomes through enterprise level initiatives like Process Optimization, Re-Engineering, Portfolio Analytics etc.,
Experience in one or more of the following segments Contact center, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Insurance, Telecom, Healthcare, and broader Finance & Accounting.
Outcome driven Experience with following Competencies: Functional Architecture, Automation Strategy, Industrial Re-engineering.
Exposure to market leading Front end and back-end Operations systems for the given segment, customer relationship management systems, contact center, end to end supply chain management systems.
Excellent business understanding of the customers in each segment help transform their operations for them to become fully automated enterprise.
Should be able to engage with CXOs and RPA COE heads to convince on solutions and product offerings, drive strategy/transformation work, and manage implementation programs.
Thought leadership/Innovation to conceptualize and drive new solution/product offerings and take them to market.
