This is what you will do at UiPath
Support the UiPath GTM Leadership in developing the market’s business plan, go-to-market strategy and gaining the required support to execute programs.
Drive operational excellence (business growth, opportunity, health and performance metrics), across our rapidly growing UiPath teams in-market.
Partner with VPs, Sales in managing the day to day rhythm of sales operations
Ability to synthesize big data into strategic and actionable insights
Identify opportunities to increase sales productivity and improve operational efficiency across UiPath’s commercial lines of business
Track and manage projects to execution, ensuring accuracy in sales reporting, metric analysis, sales recognition and workflows to monitor overall sales health
Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, and Corporate Development to drive strategic initiatives
Work with a broad base of stakeholders to troubleshoot issues across all stages of the business cycle to improve overall performance. Ensure stakeholder issues are resolved in a timely manner
This is what you will bring to the team:
10-15 years of relevant experience across strategy, consulting, or operations functions
Experience within a SaaS company, startup environment or similar rapidly-growing enterprise strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management, planning, and organization skill
Strong business acumen
Experience extracting data from large, complex databases preferred
Working experience with Salesforce (SFDC) preferred.
