Your Mission: Expand the UiPath automation community by managing and maintaining the day-to-day use of the tools and platforms that help our community team and community members.
This is what you’ll be doing at UiPath:
Manage day-to-day operations on community platforms. Ensure updates and compliance of the platforms (Bevy, PushFar, Slack, etc.).
Ensure onboarding and support when running activities on the platforms and ensure direct communication with the platform’s providers, spread on different time zones.
Enable moderators and users through support, documentation, or training, depending on needs. Manage the infrastructure and learning resources for moderators and specific users of the platforms.
Collect community needs to ensure high quality deliverance of the community programs on the platforms.
Expand the use of the platforms with new web pages and features implementation. Support development of new integrations and better web experience cross community and UiPath Forum, UiPath Academy, customer portals, etc.
Ensure community tools and channels management are working to accelerate community growth and engagement.
Track community metrics on the dedicated platforms and correlate the data with the impact of our programs.
Work with partners and providers of external portals dedicated to our target audience (eg Stack Overflow, DZone etc.)
This is what you’ll bring to our team:
Minimum 3 years of experience in offering support or community building. Experience in managing community and/or support platforms. Previous use of Bevy is a plus.
Working with multiple teams and individuals, on different projects or day-to-day issues that need fast resolution. Attention to detail and proactive in solving requests that arise.
High inclination towards enablement of others, helping others onboard in using digital tools (training, onboarding, materials development). Proven experience or samples of work is required (links to documents or to video materials).
Passion for helping others and offering community support on owned or external portals.
Tech-savvy with marketing tools, digital platforms, including SFDC, Marketing Automation, Microsoft Office, Tableau or PowerBI.
Data-driven, using metrics in decision making and identifying opportunities for growth.
Curiosity to learn automation and to be among users with a passion for the topic.
