Your role
Are you a people person? Do you know what it takes to find new talents and bring them on board? We’re looking for someone like that to help us:
- manage the recruitment process for technology function in India
- identify and onboard the right candidates
- build relationships with hiring managers and Human Resources business partners
- work closely with colleagues in other Human Resources teams
- ensure candidates and hiring managers get a seamless recruiting experience
Your team
You’ll be working within recruitment team based in India. But you’ll also be able to draw on our recruiting network worldwide. We’re solution providers for hiring managers, by getting the right candidates for the right job.
Your expertise
- Bachelors, Master degree and relevant working experience
- Experience in IT recruiting from either an agency or inhouse recruiting
- High degree of client orientation and true service oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail combined with successful time management and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated attitude, and a result-oriented outlook
