Job Description and Skills Required:
What You’ll Do
– Work with your Manager/Lead to get more drivers and cars on the platform – Grow the
overall funnel of prospective drivers in your city/hub through a keen understanding of
local market nuances, and anticipate future threats and opportunities
– Activate dost partners to ensure that our customers (drivers) get the best deal in the
market
– Continuous experimentation with channels to on-board new cars, increase
conversions and widen top of funnel
– Optimise the Driver acquisition, both on spend and operations and constantly look
for new opportunities and move fast to execute on them
– Develop Driver Marketing channels and own the spend of supply acquisition
– Define and implement a framework to identify opportunities and lead the Hyderabad
brand marketing calendar initiatives to build consumer relevance & value across
occasions.
– Drive engagement goals and marketing strategy to achieve strategic goals:
both business growth and brand metrics
– Drive consumer marketing with a mix of digital, offline, ATL and BTL experience and
proven creative excellence
– Identify best practices and ensure city/hub wide adoption
What You’ll Need

– Good at multitasking – You will have multiple initiatives on your plate
– Good Communication skills – This role will need you to interact with many internal and
external stakeholders
– A strong sense of empathy; everything we do is to serve our customers and driverpartners should be at the the centre of your thinking at all times
– Field Ops experience is a plus
– Great communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple teams
in an ambiguous, super fast-changing environment
– A great passion for consumers and consumer experiences, with a demonstrated ability to
utilize consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing
strategy and improve the consumer experience
– Knowledge of Sales process, TOF, Automobiles
