Job Description:

The role is a ground floor opportunity to help scale some new and existing functions for Uber. Uber has expanded the rides portfolio to have multiple options- Premier, Intercity, XL, Access etc. and that’s just the beginning! 

As an Ops Assistant, you will be responsible for driving awareness and growth for Uber Access by operationalizing multiple strategic partnerships and deals. You will be data and insight driven with exceptional customer service and communication skills. This is a great opportunity to work in an exciting, fast growing start-up environment with a world-class technology platform and team.

What You’ll Do:

– Develop partnerships that will help grow the high-value products portfolio

– Build meaningful, strategic and strong relationships with various partners

– Manage these relationships by providing valuable insights & 5-star support to these partners

– Operationalize partnerships in a way that helps increase the revenue of the product portfolio

– Provide valuable insights to the team which will help to make the promo constructs, and partnerships in general, more effective

What You’ll need:

– You are an effective communicator with the ability to interact with customers and experience in a customer facing role

– You have retail, restaurant, sales or customer support experience

– You can read and analyse data and have used excel

– You can quickly and efficiently troubleshoot problems

– You are self-motivated and a great team player

– Good to have: Passion for Uber and the ridesharing/startup scene in general
