Roles & responsibility
Essential Functions:
Coordinate and carry out the daily activities from patient enrollment to service activation as
per the process.
Address patient’s request and needs in a professional manner
Response to patient concerns timely and ensure patient satisfaction
Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls
Accurately collect and maintain patient health history, demographic and required details in
India Clinic app
Work closely with cross functional teams to meet strict timelines for service activation as per
KPI
Help with data collection & related duties as needed
Maintain patient records confidential and secure
Requirements:
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Strong Communication Skills

Above average critical thinking skills
Team spirit in a positive work environment
Must have strong time management skills as well as be an effective multi-tasker
Working autonomously with limited supervision and operating effectively in a highly matrixed
environment
Must have good problem solving and decision making skills along with the ability to exercise

Must be able to work odd hours to attend patient concerns and ensure patient satisfaction
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with a demanding time schedule
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, Master’s Degree is an asset.
Minimum 2+ years of work experience in customer focused service environment. Cross-
sector and/or cross-functional experience is an asset
