At Twin, we have developed unique patent-pending Whole Body Digital Twin technology (5 patents filed) that analyzes complex biosignals from wearable sensors, predicts metabolic outcomes using ML, and recommends highly-personalized treatments based on the metabolic profile of each patient. We launched in 2018 with an initial focus on type-2 diabetes and are expanding our impact to address 10 chronic diseases. Doctors and coaches use our IoT- and ML-based software platform to improve the health of patients every day.
Twin is looking for an Associate Product Manager for our experiments team. You will lead experiments that help us scientifically validate our assumptions with real world tests and help shape up our Twin platform. You’ll be part of Twin Health’s strategic initiatives to bring Activity, Sleep and Breathing recommendations to life and help our members achieve their health outcomes.
Responsibilities
Leads one or more experiments that are aligned with the company’s strategic initiatives.
Interact with members regularly and articulate customer feedback, pain points and learnings into actionable insights for product discovery and development.
Proactively work with multiple teams to align on initiatives that will improve engagement and experience for the members.
Closely monitors experimentation data to make data-informed recommendations to the clinical research team and persuade them in bringing those recommendations live into the experiments.
Collaborate with the operations team to make sure the experiments are running efficiently and effectively.
Define and execute plans to expand the experiments to a broader set of members over time.
Set, measure and track metrics and proactively monitor the feature usage for your areas and define initiatives to improve the metrics.
Qualifications
Have 0-3 years of experience
Highly energetic and a hustler.
Have strong interpersonal skills and able to influence Cross-functional teams
Self-starter, takes initiative and gets things done swiftly.
Excellent communication skills and have empathy for our members.
