Position description: Recruit best-in-class talent from industry to deliver significant value to the organization by leveraging multiple talent pool sources & using innovative recruitment tools and techniques effectively.
Primary Responsibilities:
PLAN : Actively engage Hiring Managers and Business HR to define, build and document Job Descriptions and constantly align with the dynamic needs of the BU.
Periodically review the JDs and update to align with changing requirements/business context
SOURCE : Upon approval of a new requisition, work with hiring manager to understand in detail about the technology, role and technical skills required thereof
SCREEN : Provide the hiring manager with candidate profiles after sourcing and uncovering candidates matching the requirement.
Screen prospects effectively by ascertaining their experience & competence against the given job description.
MEET : Enable Hiring Managers to meet shortlisted candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc to assess their suitability
OFFER : Conduct compensation/salary discussions with identified candidates and provide Buisness HR with critical information regarding resulting in timely closure of negotiations.
Prepare and send job offers to candidates
FOLLOW : Keep candidates ‘warm’ and in the loop. Build your credibility and keep candidates warm by engaging with them. Generate actionable referrals from candidates during this period.
REVIEW : Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans and its implementation
Educational qualifications preferred

MBA / PGDM in HR with 6 – 8 yrs experience in functional recruitment based in Automotive industry.
Expert level working knowledge on Job Boards like Naukri, LinkedIn etc
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and time management skills
High degree of responsibility and ownership of recruitment assignments
Ability to maintain a consistently fast-pace in hiring quality candidates
