Job Title: IT Recruiter – Staffing

Position: Lead / IT recruiters
Location: Chennai /
Required Experience : Staffing Focus
Strong understanding of the IT staffing business in India.
Mapping of skills across companies, location and building the COE of resources pool and pipeline.
Ability to work on good margins with the client and the candidate.
Specialty hiring for IT Staffing, maintain databases of prospective candidates
Build strong networks, identify potential opportunity and ability to pitch for business.
Maintain timesheet and submit to clients and ensure proper invoicing is being cleared
Maintain healthy resource relationship and ensure their needs are being met
Work with the finance team for Payrolling and Salary processing for Onsite Hires.
Maintain a healthy balance between client and resources.
Roles & Responsibilities-
Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates) In the staffing Industry.
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet Based recruiting Tools.
Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates.
Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment
To understand Technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database. Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.
Responsible for negotiation, paper work validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities.
