About Trimble Advanced Positioning Trimble Advanced Positioning is seeking a Technical Support Specialist focussing on Trimble real-time network solutions. Trimble supports enterprises all over the world to build and operate real-time networks providing GNSS corrections for any industry.
About the role
The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, solving technical problems, interacting with people around the globe and likes variety in their daily activities. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be central to our customer’s success with our solutions, helping customers install and configure their systems, train them on how to get the most out of their real-time GNSS network, and help them resolve issues if they occur. Your role will include some domestic and international travel for customer on-boarding and on-site service. The position is based out of Dehradun but depending on qualifications we will consider alternative locations with Trimble offices like Pune or Delhi as well.
What You Will Do
The need for support of GNSS real-time networks and GNSS Continuously Operating Reference Stations (CORS) in India is increasing. We are looking for a new team member who is excited to work with our customers on rolling out RTN networks all over India and support the adoption and implementation of this technology to their user base.
System installations, customized configurations and training delivery (onsite and via remote sessions)
Technical support to address any concerns during the operation of GNSS real-time networks
Development of training materials and best practices documentation
Close collaboration and knowledge transfer amongst different functional areas
Provide positive customer experience and focus on customer success
About you
Technical education/University degree in geodesy and/or surveying
Ability to describe complex technical facts in an understandable way
Understand software support in complex IT environments
Training and troubleshooting experience preferred
