Key Responsibilities
Deploy and configure hardware and software for existing restaurant migrations.
Deploy and configure hardware and software for new restaurant setups.
Operate effectively with the Network refresh team and associated stakeholders to plan and
execute network migrations
Provide excellent communication interacting with multiple stakeholders during network
migrations (Migration team, 3rd party providers, restaurant owners, area coaches,
managers, and technicians).
Adhere to documented standards, processes and policies that are provided.
Provide support for in-restaurant technology issues and installations.
Ensure timely, high-quality support for service requests, adhering to SLAs.
Ensure effective operations of restaurant equipment including registers, digital menu
boards, and network infrastructure upon completion of migration cutover
Collaborate with third-party providers as required.
Provide feedback and input to the Network Refresh project team to help improve methods,
process and overall outcomes for the customers
Who You Are
At least 5 years of IT Network Support experience.
Strong technical knowledge of hardware configurations, Windows environments, and
networking.
Deep understanding of Aruba and Meraki technologies
Experience with industry-specific software such as Macromatix, Eftpos, and NCR Aloha is
advantageous but not required
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
