Profile Overview:
the technical Staff will be part of the Client’s IT team that caters to the Customer Success business functions of a Customer. You will be responsible for the analysis, design / architecting and development of Gainsight applications for the customer success team based on the business needs. Expected to have minimum 5 years of industry experience working in IT teams on Salesforce administration and Gainsight development roles. You should possess good Technical, communication and interpretation skills. You should have a deep understanding of basic software engineering processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
Required Skills:
Application development experience as salesforce admin and gainsight developer and knowledge in hands on salesforce platform.Architectural understanding of end to end salesforce platform.Capture, Design and implement solutions for both custom and standard.Actively participate and work with business teams and service owners to understand and document technical requirements for projects, enhancements/ features.Should possess debugging skills and testing skills.Independent self-motivation, ability to learn on the job.
Preferred Skills:
Working knowledge on Scrum and Agile development methodologies and using the JIRA tool.Working experience with globally distributed development teams.
