Job Summary:
The Program Manager / Associate Program Manager / Scrum master will manage simple to complex projects or phases of a project to ensure the completion of milestones within budget, tracks performance and progress of project against committed timeline. Projects could be NPD, Agile, NTP, Productivity, RTS or QR type. This role calls for collaboration with cross functional & multi-location teams to ensure that the projects are accomplished to a high quality, adhering to our standard processes, systems and project management principles, while remaining aligned with strategy and goals of the organization. The Program Manager / Associate program manager/Scrum will also manage project portfolio/project agreements of the respective ETC teams. Resolves unique problems that could occur during the project to minimize delays & provide timely status updates to the executive leadership team.
Core Job Responsibilities
Fulfill the role of the Program Manager | Associate Program Manager | Scrum Master and all that it entails
Understand project requirements, collaborate with project owners, leaders & cross functional teams across the globe for delivery of projects, by adhering to standard processes, systems and project management principles.
Ensure the completion of project milestones/deliverables within committed Quality (Q), Delivery (D), Project cost (C) & Product cost (C), track performance and progress of project against committed QDC targets
Serve the Product Owner, the Development Team, and the Organization as described in the Scrum GuideTM
Ensure the development team is following established product development procedures and practices to leverage shared organizational knowledge and experience
Radiate information to promote Scrum Team accountability and continuous improvement
Adhere to general project management principles of Project scope management, time management, cost management, risk management and stakeholder management
Lead/Assist Annual Operating Planning (AOP) discussions with respective SBUs/NOEs and corporate teams
Report out project updates, risks and mitigations, productivity updates, QDC metrics, deployment efficiency, timesheet data, during the monthly Operations review meeting with ETC leadership team
Collaborate with PMO team members to continuously improve process, systems and develop/refine standard works
Project management of Strategic organization initiatives, deployment of BOS and coaching project teams
Manage ETC PPM project portfolio / Project agreements of respective teams and publish the monthly billing data for the respective teams
Host monthly calibration meetings and publish monthly QDC metrics for the respective teams

Develops and manages projects budgets, schedules & timelines
Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management
Understands the impact of a project to the overall business
Leads from the front, coaches project team members, takes initiative and effects change.
Being bold and Courageous to raise issues to upper management
Demonstrate patience during challenging circumstances
Excellent written and oral communication and facilitation skills
Good Interpersonal skills. Ability to learn and collaborate with cross cultural project teams
Exceptional Influencing skills as project team members will not be one’s direct reports
Manages & resolves conflicts
Technically competent with Microsoft Office tools and JIRA
Minimum Qualifications:
4-year degree from an accredited institution. Technical degree in engineering or computer science preferred
6 – 8+ years’ experience of overall functional experience
PMP certified project management professional or Certified Scrum Master (CSM + A-CSM, or CSP) with 3+ yrs. of Project management / Scrum Master experience
