The Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst is part of the Accounts Payable organization and reports directly to the Director of AP NA & EMEA. This position will assist in month-end duties such as generating and analyzing on-time payment reports and supporting supplier reconciliation and GRNI reporting requirements. In addition, this position will identify opportunities to reduce financial risk and ensure policy compliance through review and escalation of expense transactions. Finally, this position will serve as a Level 1 respondent on Corporate Card Program inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Support completion of standard work for regional AP & Card Services teams. May be called upon to write and/or update standard work in support of process improvement and documentation.
Responsible for execution of month-end duties by completing standard monthly reporting:
Generating Pay Performance Reports from Oracle spend & payment database
Generating Supplier Reconciliation Reports from Oracle R12
Support risk reduction activities, including but not limited to:
Cancelling Corporate Cards within specified service levels and per company standards
Using Concur and published policy guidelines to identify expenses which may be outside policy and assign to appropriate expense administrator for further review
Generating monthly spend reports for Corporate Cards in support of business and audit needs
Serve as Level 1 Card Services responder for Corporate Card Program tickets via ServiceNow, ensuring timely responses and superior customer service to internal customers
Participate in and contribute to AP & Card Services weekly MDI meetings in support of process efficiency and waste reduction.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in accounts payable or customer service, preferred
