Job Title: Synthetic Equity Trade Support, NCT/ Associate

Location: Bangalore & Pune

•Middle office trade services, Wherein candidate will be part of the dynamic team , Which support the London/US Prime brokerage and Synthetic Equity trading Desk for the various product such as, equities, bonds ,certificate, Index, p-note, ETF etc.

•Candidate will be responsible to book the trades in requisite system as per trading instruction, also will be looking at the trading risk on the associated client trades and trading books.

•Candidate will be handling the various product booking and reconciliation as part of the middle office trader services team.

Your key responsibilities

The candidate will support the middle office trade services to ensure the following:

•The timely booking of trades within all requisite systems for Prime Brokerage/Synthetic Equity Middle office.

•Management of all spill queues within the trade Services.

•Liaison with trading desk and related stakeholders to escalate any trade or booking issues.

•Liaison with Associated teams, within the Service Control utility to help resolve trade related Fobobreaks.

•Update of trade amendments within pre-requisite systems where required.

•Ability to apply problem solving and investigative techniques to trade booking / flow issues.

•Help with project and CTB development where required

•Build and maintain strong relationship with our front office, Back office and operations areas

.Knowledge of Options and other derivative instruments would be preferable.

.Should manage all queries related to instrument static data.

Your skills and experience

Interested in a middle office trade processing role with good communications and interpersonal skills

•Knowledge of and an interest in the financial markets (derivative product knowledge especially swaps/ FX/ F&O )

•Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and work as part of a team as well as individually

•Comfortable working with many various groups including Sales, Trading, Accounting, Technology and other Middle Office areas

•Prior middle office or operational experience is helpful

•Strong control focus and aptitude (both financial and operational).

Education/ Qualifications

•A-levels / University degree with excellent academic record

•Min.12 months’ work experience, preferably in investment banking
