Job Role – Field sales in Area Online
Area Online provides business platform for entrepreneurs, small business owners and starts ups. It is easily accessible through website and mobile application (Android).The company provide social media links, digital page (with editing rights to the customers) payment gateway at lowest annual subscription and One lakh free accident insurance.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Paid shop listings to be must for all successful conversions.
Scout for potential clients (Retailers, Shops, Small business)with the help of leads and data provided by service provider & cold calling.
FOS to visit the distribution nodes assigned to him as per beats by the Program Manager.
Explanation to prospective client the entire value proposition of AreaOnline website, requirements, terms and conditions, payment cycle, loyalty schemes, real time support provided by company etc.
Collating all the important details on the service provider app – all information available at individual, distributor or at store level should to be captured (contact details, social channels).
Connect the converted clients in the lead CRM with the AreaOnline Order Fulfillment team and ensuring a smooth channel flow.
Hand hold the shop through all the document updation to be successfully live on Areaonline website.
Profiling of clients/retailers capturing details like KYC, key products, key brands, business size etc. A standard set of questionnaire to be prepared and provided to FOS to gain insights, not only from signed up clients but from visited ones too, for feedback and insights.
Communication Skills- Fluent in English
Open for travelling of about 50-60km per day.
