Internship profile: Business development executive- Campaign MarketingReports to: The candidates will report to respective Manager/ Assistant ManagerBTL marketing at BYJU’S: The objective of BTL marketing is to generate leads through on-ground activities.We identify potential customer touchpoints, like for eg. malls, supermarkets, gaming zones, toy stores, departmental stores, etc. and conduct our activity there.In this setup, BYJU’S representatives will interact with parents to generate leads by convincing them to book a free home demo.Job overview: · Representing BYJU’S in on-ground BTL promotional events in malls, supermarkets, amusement parks, departmental stores, etc.· Interacting with customers/ parents in such activities to generate leads by convincing them to book a free home demo· Manage operations of the BTL activity to make sure it runs smoothlyWork timings: · 6 days workingDesired Candidate Profile: 0 to 2 years of experience of working in Sales/MarketingExcellent communication skills in the Regional language, English and HindiDriven to interact with peopleLooking to improve their interpersonal skillsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per monthEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Field sales: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
