Position: CASA Sales Officer
As a CASA Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and promoting our liability products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with key customers of the branch, delivering unparalleled customer service and personalized financial advice.
Provide expert guidance to customers, assisting them in making informed and sound investment decisions that align with their financial goals.
Identify and leverage market opportunities to effectively cater to the needs of the Branch Banking segment, driving growth and profitability.
Drive the sales of the bank’s liability products, with a primary focus on Current and Savings Accounts (CASA).
Harness market potential and penetration to increase the adoption of the bank’s liability products and services.
Employ upselling and cross-selling techniques to existing customers, enhancing their engagement and expanding their portfolio with our offerings.
Promote and sell both bank and third-party products to new customers, effectively showcasing the value proposition of our offerings.
Execute targeted marketing initiatives and proactively engage in local travel to connect with potential customers on a daily basis.
Strive to achieve or surpass the defined targets for liability products and overall sales objectives.
Stay well-informed about the bank’s product portfolio, internal processes, and compliance regulations to ensure accurate information dissemination to customers.
Play a role in facilitating the activation of Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and ATM card usage, encouraging digital adoption among customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of banking products, financial markets, and investment principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
Proficiency in adhering to compliance regulations and internal policies.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Willingness to travel locally to meet customers and prospects.
