What will you do?

• Drive sales and achieve profitability targets for Taneira, our Indian ethnic-wear brand.
• Manage store operations within assigned geographical regions.
• Deliver high-quality service to customers.
• Manage, and review performance of the Area Business Managers of that territory.

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification – Graduation/Postgraduation

Experience – 12-15 years of work experience as a Business Manager. 8-10 years of experience in handling a team.

Who would your interfaces be?

External – Key customers, franchisee partners and staff, third party service providers and external auditors.

Internal – Regional, visual merchandising, design, product, brand, support and the IRSG (architect) teams.

Must-Have:
