Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Recommends, tests and evaluates new technologies, software tools, and required skill sets, and identifies/implements improvements by conducting system analysis.
Monitors and reviews routine analysis of information during normal of information technology (IT) infrastructure, including on networks, firewalls, servers, operating systems, applications and devices.
Ensures the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the software applications.
Develops and maintains software using established methods and conventions in a way that limits defects and allows for other developers to understand and maintain the same software.
Coordinates with systems engineers and architects on developing IT standards for the business while maintaining the translation of client requirements into technical designs for large IT solutions.
Reviews and refines processes, programs and reports with new screen designs, scripts, data tables, formulas, documents and security features as required to meet specifications.
Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
Develops software solutions by analyzing information needs conferring with users studying systems flow, data usage and work processes investigating problem areas.
Coaches and delegates work to lower level professionals to ensure high-quality and timely completion of projects.
