Your responsibilities

• Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
• Installing and configuring client computer systems.
• Responding to client IT support requests.
• Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
• Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
• Tracking and managing work records.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience of working with Ticketing Tool
• Must have experience for Managing LAN, WAN, Wireless, Troubleshooting Network Issues.

Your profile

• 3 – 5 years of experience in IT Support Role
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Must have worked with Windows 10, Microsoft 0365, M365, Mcafee Antivirus, VPN.
• Local AD Management, Backup Management, MS Teams Support,
• Having understanding of Microsoft Azure.
• Preferable Immediate Joiner or NP less than 1 Month
• Work Location – Thane (Mumbai)
