We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our online retail operations. The E-Commerce Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices.
Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Platform Management: Oversee the smooth functioning of the e-commerce platform, ensuring its optimal performance and user experience.
Collaborate with IT and web development teams to implement necessary updates and improvements to the platform.
Monitor website analytics and key performance indicators to identify areas for enhancement and conversion rate optimization.
Order Fulfillment and Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective order processing and fulfillment procedures to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve any fulfillment issues.
Implement inventory forecasting and replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations.
Customer Service and Satisfaction: Develop and maintain high standards for customer service and satisfaction, ensuring timely response to inquiries and addressing customer concerns.
Monitor customer reviews, feedback, and ratings, taking necessary actions to improve customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
Implement strategies to drive customer loyalty, repeat purchases, and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
Performance Analysis and ing: Conduct regular analysis of e-commerce performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and profitability.
Prepare detailed s and provide insights to management, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure effective product listings, promotions, and overall e-commerce strategy alignment.
Work closely with IT and security teams to maintain a secure and PCI-compliant e-commerce environment.
Provide guidance and support to the customer service team on e-commerce-related inquiries and escalations.
