– Embrace and Encourage the ethos and standards of the Institutions Core Values
– Establish educational strategy for the school and systemically implement long term plans in order to accomplish the same within fixed time lines
– Establish mission to reach the vision of the school
– Develop annual operational plans and budgets for the school in line with the long term plans in order to realize the long term strategy, ensure schools are optimally staffed to deliver the school business objectives of revenue and profit, improve school standards
– Provide professional leadership in terms of curriculum development in order to deliver consistently high standard of education
– Create and foster a culture of pastoral care at every level with teachers & students and promote responsible stewardship in order to ensure that educational objectives are delivered and the morale of the school community is maintained to expected standards
– Establish and maintain good customer relationship between a) Students & Teachers b) Parents & Teachers c) School and the Community, in order to widen the educational horizons of the students, build good community relations and favourable project the image of the school, promoting positively the services provided by SVV Group.
– Ensure that all the vital information about the school and the academic achievements are captured and reported to the Higher authorities so that timely and appropriate management decisions are taken.
– Ensure SVV Policies, Procedures and Code of conduct are followed at all times
– Initiate effort and energy beyond the typical day, where tasks require additional commitment
– Conduct staff meeting and attend committee meeting when required
– Perform other duties as requested and directed by the reporting line managers/ supervisor
