Job Description:

• As an Auditor, you will be responsible for the application of organic and sustainable textile and regulatory requirements and principles against established standards and protocols.
• The position requires strong communication.
• Applicants must have good knowledge of the textile industry.
• You will be initiating and conducting on-site audit activities at our clients.
• You will be responsible for the document review as well as repairing and distributing your audit findings in an audit report.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Auditing
• Sampling
• Verification and review of documents
• Reporting audit results
• Conducting audit follow-up
• Maintaining good relation with the clients
• Responding to function-related requests from clients
• Internal coordination and coordinating with the clients
• Assistance with the ling of claims & appeals
• Maintaining up to date files in the system + hardcopy as per procedures
• Keeping abreast of developments, issues and legislative changes pertaining to agriculture and related sectors
• Marketing and Business Development activities

Requirements

• Graduate in Textile Technology/ Textile Manufacturing
• Minimum experience of 1 year in Textile or related industry
• Experience and knowledge of certification schemes would be an added advantage
• Good command of English: in speech and in writing
• Excellent report writing, presentation skills
• Resourceful, fast learner with strong interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Willingness to travel extensively (upto 15-20 days per month) across India
