Handling all restaurant operations
Identifying problems in the day to day operations, and ways to fix them
Keep operations as streamlined as possible
Manage the restaurant equipment, stocks and staff
Restaurant equipment
Cutlery
Crockery
Glassware etc.
Food and beverage stocks
Handling purchasing dept to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant and cloud
kitchen
Finding and developing relationships with vendors and suppliers for all requirements
across the restaurant, including food and beverages purchases, hardware,
technology, cutlery, crockery etc.
Ensuring the entire back end operations of the restaurant is running smoothly
Staff
Recruitment and retention
Staff obedience and discipline
Staff challenges
Staff satisfaction
Maintain company culture and staff morale
Compliance and standards
Staff and kitchen hygiene
Veg and non veg is separately marked and labelled
Maintenance – ensuring restaurant equipment is running as required, and maintenance is
handled for any issues that come up, for example:
Kitchen equipment
Exhaust
AC
Lights and sound
Tables and chairs
Music system etc.
Technology requirements of the restaurant are managed, by having the personnel to be
able to handle the following:
POS system
Reservation system
Inventory management
Tablets
PCs
Networking
AMCs for all equipment
Licences
Handling cops
Requirements for Manager of Operations
Dynamic and hard working
Problem solving skills
Ability to build relationships and a network of vendors, suppliers and maintenance
personnel
Leadership skills – managing staff
Ability to oversee all needs for the restaurant to operate at a high level
Ability to handle stress
Systematic
Competent with technology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
