3-4 years of experience in recruitments

Sound Exposure of handling talent acquisition upto Senior management level
Result oriented.
Key Responsibilities
(List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives)
Understand the manpower requirement from the line managers and business heads
Ensure all job descriptions the respective position is in place before starting the recruitment process.
Sourcing and screening candidates through various sources like portals, consultants, referrals
Co-ordinate and follow up with the consultants for the positions outsourced to them
Conducting preliminary round of screening through telephonic interviews
Arranging and coordinating interviews with the candidates and line managers
Ensure Reference checks are done before finalization.
Ensure all documentation is complete before rolling out the offer
Prepare position and compensation fitment of the selected candidate and roll out the offers with the help of seniors
