Role Description – Cafe Manager

• Managing Day-to-Day Operations· Leading Food and Beverage Team·
• Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service·
• Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities·
• Vendor Management· Inventory Management·
• Ensure that the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, maintenance and safety are practiced.·
• Ensure strict compliance of the brand SOPs.

Qualification –

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hotels/restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions and staff management.
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and profit optimization.
• Creativity and innovation in menu development and customer engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in using technology for inventory management, point-of-sale systems, and ing.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling practices.
• Time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
