Key responsibilities
Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs and evaluates the organization’s human resource function and performance.
Translates the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans.
Develops staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the organization for positions of responsibility.
Develops progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance.
Develops appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources of the organization.
Enhances and/or develops, implements, and enforces HR policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization.
Coordinates the activities, programs, and strategic HR plans of other HR departments throughout the location.
Role requirements
12+ years of relevant HRBP experience
HRBP experience in Banking, Captives, Financial Services firms
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
Prior people management experience is required
Experience in leading, developing and managing HR Operations, and teams in a shared services organization
Experience with workforce and capacity management
Strong data management and governance experience
Experience working across multiple geographies
Ability to influence in an indirect, matrix-based, and virtual environment
Experience operating in a matrix global framework is required
Strong communication and presentation skills
May require up to 20% domestic and/or international travel
