AVP – HR Operations
Role:
Leading the wider HR Operations team, the role holder will provide feedback for the enhancement of Onboarding experience whilst driving the team against the following work streams:
Key responsibilities
People management
Background verification governance & knowledge:Employee contract governance & document management:
Employee induction management
UK Screening Management
Role requirements
Excellent project management skills
Managing and communicating with stakeholders appropriately
Related Onboarding legislation, governance, and practice
Excellent awareness and adherence to Governance and Control.
Understanding of People Screening, UK Onboarding, SAP, Hire and the Pay and Status processes.
Possess a demonstrable ability to effectively engage with stakeholders, whilst being able to clearly communicate requirements and liaise with peers who are required to support the delivery.
Ability to understand stakeholder requirements and translate those into practical and implementable solutions
Excellent relationship building and communication skills
Strong networking skills
Sound knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Experience of working with cross geography teams
Expert user – MS Office
At least 12 months in the current role at BA4 or AVP
Last year PD rating Strong or above
Significant experience of providing automation and development expertise within a relevant business / function.
