HR Manager should be able to handle end to end HR operations such as recruitment, payroll management, data management etc
Roles & Responsibilities: –
· Sourcing candidates from various job portals/Recruitment agencies
· Screening candidates & conducting the interview
· Engaging with candidates/offer management/pre-onboardings
· Payroll management
· Grievance handling & escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the issue
· Framing/implementing employee performance evaluations and enhancement programs
· Centralized data management
· Liaising with govt agencies to ensure the adherence to compliance
· Conducting exit interviews
Skills: –
· Superior communication (both written & verbal) & presentation skills
· Knowledge in labor laws & policies
· Should be sincere and hardworking and must be open to handle the pressure
· Should be able to work independently and within the group
· Any degree & MBA with 3-10 years experience ( Preferably female candidates)
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
