Job Description
- Conceptual planning, designing and implementation of infrastructural development projects
- Project planning and execution with respect to project management with time frame, quality and cost
- Review of tender documents, techno-commercial comparisons, BOQ, specifications, Scope of work and techno-commercial comparison, layouts preparation
- Manage project schedule and its implementation to ensure its completion with in time frame, quality and cost
- Coordinating and managing with vendors to carry out the work smoothly
- Imparting trainings to vendor supervisor and workman’s to maintain safety environment at work place this includes daily tool box talks, training etc.
- Review of layouts, designs before issuing drawings for execution
- Budget and Cash flow management and Bill certification
- Co-Ordinate Asset creation and project closures in SAP
- Co-ordination with Engineers and External Agencies for developmental activities
- Qualification of Equipment/instruments/systems
- Finding the scope of improvement in existing facility for energy efficiency and implementing energy saving projects
Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical. Bachelor of Engineering will be an added advantage with 4-5 years of experience in OSD Projects
