Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems
• Accountable for the performance and results of respective function & site.
• Develops departmental plans, including business, production and organizational priorities
• Controls resources and taking decisions in line with resource availability, functional objectives and compliance requirements.
• Contribution in policy formation in area of responsibility.

Distribution:

• Manage pickup, delivery, and distribution of products outside India
• Provides shipping instructions and routing information; confirms and coordinates delivery times and locations.

Production Planning:

• Develop production plan in line with the order received from the customer
• Open order management & Planning.
• Creating, implementing and managing strategies and processes to guarantee all product, incoming and outbound, is sent and received on time

Warehouse Management:

• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Ensure proper storage & stacking of products as per guidelines.

Short Description

Compliance:

• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of respective function activities as per prevailing SOPs & cGMP guidelines.
• Ensuring ethical compliances in the area of working and creating awareness among the team members for the same.

Monitoring:

• Day to day monitoring of production schedules & volumes and dispatch activities of the molecules produced in the plants.

Coordination:

• Coordinate with inter & intra departmental heads for smooth delivery of products to end customers.

Compliance:

• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of respective function activities as per prevailing SOPs & cGMP guidelines.
• Ensuring ethical compliances in the area of working and creating awareness among the team members for the same.

Monitoring:

• Day to day monitoring of production schedules & volumes and dispatch activities of the molecules produced in the plants.

Coordination:

• Coordinate with inter & intra departmental heads for smooth delivery of products to end customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Responsible for addressing the requirements of internal / external customers & maintain customer Satisfaction, Reliability as per commitment.

Long Description

MIS & Data Analysis s:

• Providing critical analysis and workings to support management decision making including budgeting, production planning, Plant capacity utilization and augmentation.
• Long horizon planning support for Management through simulations of expected Sales (based on existing and expected trends).
• Forecasts peak delivery periods and issues appropriate work assignments.

Financial:

• Develop & monitor departmental budget.
• To follow the Cost center concept with respect to total expenditure and RMC.

Team Management and Trainings:

• Manage & provide leadership to managers, supervisors and/or professional staff & conducts a regular meeting with the team to ensure that strategic plans and goals are met.
• Man power efficiency improvement by developing & enhancing the skill of the subordinates through better tool & training.
• Establishes warehouse safety and security programs and training activities.

Inventory Management:

• Periodic analysis of age wise inventory and liquidation plan to be worked out.
• Maintains a workable inventory level of all products, materials, and finished goods in compliance with the Quality Management System.
• Effective scheduling of RM / PM with LBE & AOP to avoid stock outs and excess inventory.
