Roles and Responsibilities
● Manage the visa application process on behalf of clients, including collecting required
documents and submitting applications to the relevant embassies
● Respond to customer inquiries with a smile and provide prompt, accurate, and
professional service
● Monitor visa processing status and keep clients informed of updates
● Ensure that all visa applications are processed in a timely and efficient manner
● Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and customer interactions (
● Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed in accordance with
regulatory requirements
● Follow through visa application process and take ownership to ensure everything is
accurately filed and completed to the required standards
Desired Candidate Profile
● Knowledge in visa filing and application process
● Prior experience in the travel industry
● Prior work experience in backend operations, customer support
● A self-starter and ability to manage their own work with minimal guidance
● Effective communication skills are a must
● Ability to research from credible accurate sources
