Fresher/Experience (Minimum of 1+ year experience as a relevant customer service executive)
Graduate/Undergraduate both can apply.
100% work from the Office.
Flexible to work in all the shifts (Should be willing to work for the customer without having constraints to timings/shifts).
Should have fluency in spoken (English) and written language skills (English) with an ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate written response.
Skill Set required: Problem Solving, customer service mindset, ownership, and conflict resolution skill.
