Role

Responsibility:

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Participating in recruitment efforts
• Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
• Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Processing incoming mail, attending the call
• Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to recruitment.

Requirement

• Reporting skills
• The computer is literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to accurately follow instructions.
• Degree in Human resources or related Field
