Role Purpose:
· To rightly understand the billing requirement of customers for electronic invoicing.
· To provide key technical expertise on invoicing solutions to the team and to be an electronic invoicing expert
· To ensure quality is maintained across invoice deliverables.
· Identify process improvement opportunities
· Keep a track of operational KPIs and trend
Key accountabilities
· Represent Billing & Revenue Realization team in various Colt projects, billing projects, and support minor enhancements for billing
· Monitor complete invoicing solutions along with installation, test plans and results of tests and ensure they are fit-for-purpose and up to COLT agreed standards
· Ensure that the billing requirements are fulfilled in the project, review designs for changes to billing and other systems’ and processes that impact billing
· To acquire a good working knowledge of the different COLT country set-ups and requirements and to gain an understanding of the COLT billing model.
· Update process documents, train users, and provide post go-live support
· Ensure planning and tracking of scheduled activities in a well-defined, structured manner
· Ensure timely, regular and structured communication to all impacted stakeholders at all given times
