• Increasing sales: CRMs work to increase sales by convincing the clients.
• Analyzing customers: CRMs use customer analysis to identify trends and opportunities. They also collaborate with marketing and sales teams to personalize interactions.
• Meeting sales targets: CRMs work to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Knowing the competition: CRMs research their competitors and strategize accordingly.
