Teachers play an important role in success of learners in any education system – Be it online or offline. This role requires building a strong community of teachers on Noon Academy platform by way of strong relationships management within the teachers diaspora. The incumbent will play critical role in end to end journey of Teachers with Noon Academy. This will include – Discovering awesome teachers from multiple channels, Conveying them Noon Academy’s offerings constructively, Onboard them on the platform, Training them on internal processes and ensuring that the teachers are able to generate desired value for their time on efforts with Noon Academy.

Job Responsibilities
Develop inside-out understanding on the various segments in Education space
Identify the various Teacher communities & sources to identify prospects
Build healthy & professional relationships with teachers
Introduce Noon Academy’s offerings to the teachers through demos, presentations, virtual and/or in-person meetings
Devise innovative and scalable ways to bring in top educators of industry through social media and various other cost effective channels
Maintain healthy pipeline of teacher supply for business continuity
Manage teacher retention by ensuring they get value for their time and efforts
Onboarding of teachers, trainings on internal processes, problem solving
Making sure that students get best quality teachers for all their academic needs
A desired candidate must have
Min. Overall experience of 3 years
Min. experience of 1 year in Business Development function
Candidates coming from Edtech background will be preferred
Proficiency in English & Hindi language is a must
Candidates with knowledge of more than 1 regional languages will be preferred
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Smart communicator and ability to take decisions on the fly
Should be a self starter and must have worked in an IC role for at least 1 year
Comfortable with ambiguity in work and a changing external environment
