Job Responsibilty
The individual will be responsible for acquiring new corporates and managing relationships with Key Corporates and Implants. The Individual will ensure achievement of revenue targets and customer service goals.
Key Responsibilities
Exceed Sales Targets assigned
Manage Yield / Loads along with RM for the flights assigned
Competitor analysis and benchmarking of flights with OAL
Manage credit liability of assigned trade accounts
Develop and execute Sales and Marketing plans for Delhi/NCR region
Manage and cultivate strong working relationship with travel trade
Diversify and grow new business segments
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports
Skills & Attributes
Strong IT skills covering MS Office systems, sales systems and website management
Great Communication – verbal, written and presentation skills
Networking – Facilitation & cross functional group moderation
Mediation & Negotiation
Strong leadership and management skills
Work Experience
Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in airline sales
Qualification
Graduate degree from a recognized university
Eligibility
Must be at a level of Senior Executive (1B) or one level lower than the position
Minimum tenure in the current role and level – 18 Months as of 31st October,2021 and must have attained minimum performance rating of GP3 in the last appraisal
Must be “confirmed’’ in service
